The Barevolution Lab
The Barevolution Lab is located in the city of our beloved Greek island Rhodes in the South East Aegean. A little place we like to call home, that goes for both Rhodes and The Barevolution Lab. Our island is one of the largest travel destinations in the Aegean which means there is always something happening, especially during the summer season. During the summer months the Barevolution Lab is headquarters for the team. Its where we do all our prep for bar catering events, our R&D for new menu creations and consulting contracts, its where we have our meetings as well as where we get together as a team and just hang out… when there is time.
During the winter months
the Lab is home to our Step Up 2 The Bar seminars. The most interactive and hands-on seminars nation wide. With 12 independent bar stations set up and fully equipped with all the tools, glassware and of course more than enough spirits and cocktail ingredients necessary. With a 92% success rate of students immediately finding jobs though our network and excelling in their respective departments, we think our set up and methods do the trick.
